This study aims to analyze the relationship between psychological safety and employee engagement in creating positive work experiences among employees in modern work environments. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The participants consisted of 60 employees selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire measuring psychological safety and employee engagement. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation analysis. The results showed that psychological safety was categorized as high, with a mean score of 3.84, while employee engagement was also categorized as high, with a mean score of 3.91. The correlation test produced a coefficient of r = 0.680 with a significance value of p < 0.001, indicating a positive relationship between psychological safety and employee engagement. These findings indicate that employees who experience greater psychological safety in the workplace tend to demonstrate higher levels of engagement in their work. A sense of safety in expressing opinions, presenting ideas, providing feedback, asking questions, and interacting with colleagues and supervisors can provide employees with greater opportunities to participate actively and demonstrate energy and dedication toward their work. Therefore, creating a psychologically safe work environment can be an important aspect of supporting employee engagement and fostering positive work experiences in modern workplaces.
